[Elementor][ACF Frontend form] Trigger page published not working #315
Comments
Hi @jaegigab, thanks for the notice! The ACF Frontend form and Elementor combo is a problem here. While we don't support Elementor officially, we have the ACF Frontend form integration ready to be released in the Custom Fields add-on. We plan to release it next week and it might help with this issue. Otherwise, the WP editors are causing multiple issues with triggering the Notification correctly. All of them save the posts differently. |
Interesting. Thank you. |
Let's keep this issue open until we find a way to resolve |
I am afraid I have found a bug:
I used different triggers, just one didn't work.
new user > e-mail arived, notification log > ok
page published > no e-mail arived, notification Log > empty
page edited > e-mail arived, notification log > ok
Wordpress Version 5.6
PHP 7.4
Elementor
The new pages are generated by filling out a ACF frontend form
https://ttclub.angelink.ch/einfuehrung-ttclub/
After registration the user fills out the ACF Frontend Form. After saving/publishing his page he can edit it.
Triggers for new registration and edit work fine, but not the published new page.
