To create the container, modify the Dockerfile on the repo and make instantiation test. At this moment, the necessary steps are:

Install software dependencies over the Ubuntu 22 layer: iproute2, tcpdump, traceroute, iputils-ping
Upload preliminary the version to Docker Hub (bdorado): https://hub.docker.com/
Add into the packages installation: sudo
Check its operational behaviour. Are any docker admin priviledges needed?
Create the version of the container for ARM architectures
