To create the container, modify the Dockerfile on the repo and make instantiation test. At this moment, the necessary steps are:

Install software dependencies over the Ubuntu 22 layer: OpenSSL, StrongSwan, iproute2, tcpdump, traceroute, iputils-ping
Check its operational behaviour. Are any admin priviledges needed?
Upload the version to Docker Hub (bdorado): https://hub.docker.com/
Create the version of the container for ARM architectures
