As per this issue: OvertureMaps/data#25

This manifest should endeavor to fulfill the needs of folks that might need to turn around and re-process the manifest into other formats.

GeoDCAT-AP is one suggestion, so I'll go through the requirements of that spec format to ensure I include something similar. STAC as well.
