Hello Bodmer, and thank you so much for a very useful instrumental library for Displays, Touch Interfaces, and Microprocessors. Currently, I am trying to implement the TFT_eSPI library for ESP32 DOIT ESP32 DevKit V1 with an SSD1963 Driver 5 inches 800x480 Touch Display Parallel 8-Bits. I have already modified the User_Setup.h file as shown and connected the Display accordingly.
Could you please advise me on which Files from the TFT_eSPI library are designed for testing the Display using the Parallel 8-Bits connection?

I managed to run this display via LovyanGFX library. Both 8 and 16 bit parallel interface worked OK. Touch also

In LovyanGFX , file "2_user_setting.ino" seems to be the file for configuring boards and options, but it is mainly commented in japanese..
Some of the options are intuitive, but others not (to me), and must be commented and uncommented accordingly.
I try to manage a SSD1936 board with it, and touch panel chip is XPT2046.
If your board is the same, could you please provide your file "2_user_setting.ino"?
Or at least, could you please explain how did you configure the TFT panel, and the touch panel?

En LovyanGFX, el archivo "2_user_setting.ino" parece ser el de configuración de placas y opciones, pero está principalmente comentado en japonés. Algunas opciones son intuitivas, pero otras no (al menos para mí), y deben comentarse y descomentarse según sea necesario. Estamos en ello. Cuando tengamos más info, editaremos esta respuesta con los avances (de haberlos).

De momento hemos conseguido usar la librería TFT_eSPI con la SSD1936, pero sólo para manejar la pantalla, sin el panel táctil.

TDT_eSPI lanza un error al intentar manejar ambos a la vez, pantalla y panel táctil, informando que con esta tarjeta no es capaz de hacerlo. Estamos investigando si es incapacidad real, o sólo incompatibilidad entre ambas configuraciones separadas, de pantalla y panel.

De ahí que LovyanGFX se presente como opción, pues sí parece capaz de manejar ambos al mismo tiempo.
