Issue with 1.20.1

Whenever I try the plugin on 1.19.4 it works but as soon as I try 1.20 or 1.20.1 it doesn't send the alert to players using older versions.
It lists 1.20 in the console at startup so I am unsure what the problem is.

I'll need more information. Let's start with the basics.

Run the command /viaversion dump and post the link here.

Also the startup log messages from ViaVersion and ViaVersionStatus. And the log messages from when a player with an older version joins.

Also, nobody should be using 1.20. Use 1.20.1.
