Allow for icon colour to be different depending on the state of an entity

Detailed Description

It would be great if we could set the icon colour for something such as an entity on the home screen to change depending on a state, either of that entity itself, or that of another entity.

eg:
I have an icon and entity state listed on my home screen to show the output power of the solar array and another for the house electrical load. It would be nice if the colour of these icons could be varied depending on the levels of these two values. I do this on my regular HA dashboard such that the icon colour of the house load is green if the solar output is higher than the house load, but red if the house load is higher than the solar output.

This way at a glance it's possible to know if the solar is covering the house load or not.
