Also made changes to set the worksheet name at the beginning of the process instead of after parsing every row.

This also has a change to set the worksheet name at the beginning of the process instead of after parsing every row. This was to prep for a fix when parsing multiple staketax files for different wallets, which currently sets identical worksheet names with a numerical suffix.
