Resolve design discrepancies

This issue is to track some minor design discrepancies that came about during the iterations from past months and personal choices designers made along way.

At some point we need to decide on one patterns per each item listed here, or accept two patterns If it's reasonable:

1. Solid / transparent icons

2. Page title at the top bar vs bigger title "inside" the page layout

3. Info screens with / without dividers

4. Inputs with/without stroke/bg

5. Buttons width (300 vs 450 px)
