Dfi removal bug

While trying to remove dfi from the mainly dusd collateral backed vault the error message: Active DUSD loans require 50% DFI or 100% DUSD collaterals appears <!--

What happened: can't remove dfi colleteral

What you expected to happen:dfi collateral to ve removed

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): try to remove dfi from a mainly dusd backed vault (LW)
