Problem with transaction . Cant send DFI from my wallet.

I try to send money from my wallet df1quluta8rhkuka8xxmzkqftmpuy87nf56f2uhxlp ,and after passcode it stuck and spin and spin after passcode enter, passcode is correct and it just stuck. I try on another device, try with DFX wallet all the same.
Can you help me?
