Short of parsing the address from the LOCATION iCal field, I'm not sure what could be done about this. Meetup.com's iCal includes a GEO field for each event, but it has the same value for every event of a group (in this example, Aston University).

Meetup.com reports http://www.meetup.com/the-official-droplet-meetup/ to be a Birmingham-based group, but that group organises events outside of Birmingham that are now showing up on the calendar (e.g., https://www.google.com/calendar/render?eid=YmlvbWVldHVwOWU1MWVmN2UyODA0NTA5NDljZWMyY2Y3MzkxZTkzNDYwNTNjODQwZSBtb3ZkdDhwb2kwdDNnZmVkZmQ4MHUxa2Nha0Bn&sf=true&output=xml#eventpage_6).
