Grafana Dashboard 404 Error

Hey All... Trying to set up Grafana to read the Prometheus data provided on port 8009. I spun up a grafana container on the same box as Gravity and put it into host mode, the same as Gravity. When adding the Data Connection the native promethus data connection says 404 error api not found.

I can curl port 8009 and get data back, I can also use curl from inside of the Grafana container and still no luck. What am I missing here?
