The Feature

Support API endpoint for Llama 4 Maverick and Scout on vertex ai

(it is in public preview at the moment and free to use as an API endpoint)

Motivation, pitch

Llama 4 is the latest model by Meta
Google Vertex AI is a major cloud provider
API is available and it is free (at least for now)
