Вариант голосования за доклад:

  • +1 - доклад понравился, хочу еще слушать этого спикера
  • 0 - доклад нормальный, но не для меня
  • -1 - доклад не понравился, не хочу слушать этого спикера

Можно сделать в телеге, примерно как в JProf: https://github.com/JavaBy/opinions-bot (тут лайки только под видосами с YouTube, но можно что-нибудь придумать похожее).
