Ads version number to hotkeys

Add a version number to the hotkeys database table. When joining, check if the hotkeys datum has a higher version number than the saved hotkey on the database. If this is true, display a message to the user that recommends them to reset those settings. If the user presses accept or reject, the version number is bumped.
