Features Field(field_name=...) and model_dump_doc

Hi, I'm migrating from Odmantic, but it looks like some features haven't been implemented in Beanie yet.

In Odmantic I used model_dump_doc to obtain the dictionary that will be added to the database, and Field(key_name=...) informed the name of the key that is in the database, both for reading and writing.

I'm new to Beanie, so could I be missing something?
