Improvements to bash-it update #1751

We need to improve bash-it version to add an option to update to the latest patch, minor or major. This will allow users to have more control about the stability they want

We also have no way to currently test this command, as it assumes it runs from a git repo, we need to fix this

@NoahGorny For end users you should not use the git. Try update commands to fetch / check updates from the releases

As I already said, this is a pretty difficult to do, but you are welcome to try and create a release workflow that we can use instead of cloning the repo
