Npcap incorporates the multi-platform Libpcap packet capturing
software (http://www.tcpdump.org/). Libpcap is under the 3-clause
BSD-style open source license reproduced below.  This allows for free
redistribution and use in other softare.  Npcap itself is NOT under
this license.
