Radar screen and RWR not working properly

Sometimes when I turn on radar, all buttons on radar screen disappears.

In 90% of times I play KSP, when I want to turn on RWR, it does not shows up but sounds are playing. Turning on/off does not help

did you by any chance download BDA While it was compressed? Usually it doesnt do that but Ya never know. any compressed folders in the KSP gamedata will mess something up.

@boomchacle I have never seen a case where a ZIP file existing in GameData could screw something up other than a mod not loading because the user forgot to unzip it. Can you provide a source for this?

I dont have any video or evidence but once I had a zipped version of Infernal robotics and it loaded the parts but nothing was able to do anything. I just assumed that it would work the same way. hi
