Sharpspring adds a <meta http-equiv="Content-Type"> tag even if it's already present. #1

When you import your email zip from Sharpspring, it adds a <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html" charset="UTF-8"> tag to the <head> tag of your HTML code, even if you've already filled it in. This is convenient, but it overloads the code unnecessarily.
