Tasks:

  • Validate the main metadata mapping file (data structures, ontology, types). Applies to Relecov and other projects.
  • Review the JSON schema generator. Improve performance, error handling, and missing field/format detection.
  • Create a test dataset for validating helper tools and web platforms.
  • Identify and address other potential improvements.
