Awards can give people something to focus their ambitions on, so dual power orgs may wish to create a set of awards for things they wish to promote in their culture. These awards would be voted on by the members of the org, so no matter the award, one must do well by their peers to be awarded.

Dual Power Orgs should also be able to remove awards, and the awards could be set to expire after a week so you can't just collect awards and create a social imbalance.
