Consonance cli on host needs java

The consonance cli fails if java isn't installed. It should either be noted in the readme (the readme currently tells to install the cli without mentioning java) or a unofficial client docker container created for our purposes (i.e. echo 'alias consonance=docker run -it --rm -v ~/.consonance:~/.consonance a-consonance-image' >>~/.bash_profile && source ~/.bash_profile in installer or something similar)
