Wenn mein Wartenlistenplatz kleiner als 20 ist,
möchte ich eine Benachrichtigung per E-Mail erhalten,
die mich darauf hinweist, dass ich ziemlich wahrscheinlich am BarCamp teilnehmen kann.

Diese Nachricht soll auch einen Bitte/Erinnerung zum Stornieren des Tickets enthalten.
