Description

Running winget repair Microsoft.Azure.FunctionsCoreTools will produced the following:

Found Azure Functions Core Tools [Microsoft.Azure.FunctionsCoreTools]
The installer technology in use does not support repair.

This seems odd given that the MSI itself supports repair operations. I'm not sure if there is additional metadata needed or what, but we should ensure we can support this gesture.
