Issue and Steps to Reproduce

I have practicle usecase that multiple users working on same machine (think like checkout counter where store executive and manager working together). When using single user needs to login using single client id store.1234 (example) and other user needs to login temporarily.

Other usecases on top of this, are as manager will have more access to give authority / access to executive temporarily for 15/20mins for a transaction. There comes the usecases of delegation & impersonate to perform some activity with same token.
