Error "Mount-DiskImage: A required privilege is not held by client" when running Install-Lab

When I try to install my lab (Install-Lab) I am getting the error "Mount-DiskImage: A required privilege is not held by client". I am running Powershell as admin, already googled it and manually gave Full control to all Children objects into my drive to my Administrator, but the error still persists.

Anyone has seen this?

Can you mount an ISO with the explorer or when using Mount-DiskImage outside of AutomatedLab?

No, and I don't think it is an AutomatedLab issue (that is why I opened here as discussion and not as an issue), my guess is some Group Policy that is blocking me doing the Mount-DiskImage command in powershell (even though I am running it as Administrator)
