WHY

Docker Desktop: 動作が重い + メモリをたくさん消費しがち

WHAT

VSCodeのdevcontainer機能との互換性がある
Dockerと同様の機能が利用できる
デーモンレス + root権限が不要 → セキュリティの向上やシステムリソースの最適化
注意事項
- Dockerとの微妙な違い
- 互換性の問題
