In issue #67 we changed the endpoint of RouterQuestionFetcher for testing. This is not correct and not the best approach. Restore the response and modify the tests so that it does not need it (use DB).

Retriever has to be modified so it gets a theme and the questions retrieved from DB are all related to the image.
