Describe the bug
the period: configuration on the y coordinate strategy seems broken, more information below

Steps to Reproduce

  1. use the y coordinate levelling strategy using any mob
  2. use the 'period:' scaling setting
  3. verify that the mob is not levelled according to the period setting

Expected behavior
the mob will be levelled every x amount of blocks

Screenshots

picture 1 (taken near y=6, this zombie is at the maxLevel which is set to 99 in this case)

picture 2 (the only levelling strategy, yPeriod was set to an absurdly high value for proof I guess)

Server software
paper

Server version
1.21.1

LevelledMobs version
latest spigot release as of report date (4.1.4.1 b78)

Config files, if applicable
just configure it so the y coordinate strategy has the period setting

Additional context
none, but I can present more proof if necessary
