Version 0.0.21.2 - No More POP3?

This release is an urgent bug fix release for ARM devices.

Please note that we've removed the POP3 feature from Kernel Simulator in the release versions. While the Debug versions still have POP3 installed, it's now restricted to the real .NET Framework on Windows. We'll reconsider about the feature in a future release. We apologize for that.
