Version 0.0.21.0 - The Preference Release

This release adds some more preferences to the Kernel Simulator release, like the custom splashes.

Please note that we have removed many languages from Kernel Simulator, because we don't currently have enough resources to handle such large amount of languages. However, we'll try to restore these languages in a future release. Sorry for the inconvenience.
