mediation adapters - Plugin [id: 'adapter-config'] was not found

Hello,

I am trying out the custom network integration. As I am opening the repo in my IDE and trying to build it, for any network (amazon ad marketplace, google, etc.), I keep getting the error:

I am quite new to gradle, or android. I was expecting either a declaration of the plugin somewhere, but can't find it, not in that repo, nor in any other, nor online.

Is there a way to make the build of these projects pass locally ?
