Issue on rendring manual native ad on production (no response from onNativeAdLoadFailed and onNativeAdLoaded callback)

When I use manual native ad on production, MaxNativeAdLoader.adLoad() does not receive any callbacks on both onNativeAdLoaded and onNativeAdLoadFailed; loading seems to be blocked indefinitely.

I tried out of curiosity to change the type of the native ad from manual to medium on applovin web site to serve manual native ad. And strangely it seems to work.
I’m not sure if this is against applovin policies, or this can produce bugs.

NB: Pure medium native ad works very well without any issue on the same placement. And I did everything I should do from doc to solve this issue.
