My phone has version 4.2 of the eBible KJV, and it does not have the paragraph markers, but my tablet has version 22.28 with the markers. Is there a way to download the earlier version without paragraph markers?

From your phone use backup documents function and save the kjv bible module, then transfer that file to your tablet and use the restore document function to install that bible on your tablet.
