Switch camera toggle causes crash on single camera Android device #340

Describe the bug
On a Android device with a single camera (Datalogic, Zebra) the switch camera toggle is visible and tapping it causes a crash.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Tap the "switch camera" toggle on a single camera device.
the plugin crashes with a runtime exception

Expected behavior
The toggle should be hidden when only 1 camera is available
