A Work-Out App built using Kotlin. Exercise number shown using RecyclerView with an adapter to save the record of the current on-going Excercise with an integrated BMI Calculator which has a toggle option of Metric and US units. Also the history about how many times the user has completed the whole Work-Out with the specific time will be recorded using ROOM DataBase in the user mobile.
