对同一个dom元素注册多次，运动效果会叠加？？？ #99

下拉刷下操作，每次下拉的同时对dom元素用同样的参数再注册一次，再次下拉的时候dom元素的运动效果呈现叠加效果，想请教一下这种现象合理吗？
