How to configure include path for clangd LSP?

I am trying to configure the the clangd LSP for C++ projects, but I don't know how to configure the include path

You need the project (ProjManager plugin). If lua.h not found, try to add the folder of lua.h to the project root. (then maybe reopen the file or project).

my folder structure is like

./lua/lua.h
./ygopro.cuda-proj
./premake5.lua
./ocgcore/(other source files)
...

The project use premake "include" command to include the subfolders when building.

Does cudatext project have any configures like "include" in premake or "add_subdirectory" "target_include_directories" in cmake?

no, AFAIR. you should add to the project's root these dirs:

./lua
./ocgcore

it may help, as I remember.
