Screen brightness control

How should I configure the battery module so the screen dims when the battery level is critical and goes back to the regular brightness when it begins charging?

For the first problem I guess than an event like

"on-discharging-critical": "notify-send -u critical 'Very Low Battery'; brightnessctl set 48000"

would do the job.

But I do not see the event I should use to detect that the battery began charging so I could change the brightness back to 100%.

And I do not know whether it is updated or not.
