Display Issue with Integrated AMD Radeon Graphics

Please reproduce the following issue if possible to verify that this is a bug and not an issue with my system only. When selecting my AMD Radeon Graphics GPU intergrated in my AMD Ryzen 7 6000 Series CPU, the app display periodically distorts and flashes a Z shaped image that looks like the bright spots when you stared too long into the sun and close your eyes afterwards. When selecting my external NVIDIA GPU, the issue disappears.
