Bars not showing on apps

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Anytime i'm not on the home screen of mac (the screen the wallpaper is on), the bar doesn't show. I assume that's because the window is overlapping. It's still annoying :(

Describe the solution you'd like

Please make it so the bars (volume, brightness etc..) show on windows like "Chrome and Safari (examples)." Otherwise you can't see what your volume or brightness is :l

There have been no solutions unfortunately.
