What Docs changes are you proposing?
I am aiming to enhance readme.md by adding table of contenct, featured in sec for gssoc and at last linking contributing.md codeofconduct.md to main readme etc. I will enhance it adding some more elements, animations etc to make it look more well organised

Explain the motivation behind the proposed changes and how they will benefit the community or users of the documentation.
It will be great to add feature in section as it will provide user a brief that the project was a part of open source. similarly other features as well will make it look more attractive and presentable
