[Feature] - Create a Custom 404 page for the website

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A custom 404 page is required so that the users can see that they have gone to a broken link/ wrong route. This will help them navigate back to the correct route.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to create a custom 404 page as shown below which will have a timer in it to redirect the users to the home page within 5 seconds of going to the broken route.

I would like to work on this issue under gssoc

@Akshatchaube01 Kindly add the level label ( Level 2 would be appropriate ) and use gssoc specifically as said by the GSSoC program managers
