Linking Our Team cards to Linkedin

In about Us page under our team section there are cards for the developers of this website.
Currently in jus has a photo and Name. We can add a little description about the team members and also link there socials,
like Linkedin or github which would make easier to contact the team members.

Please assign this issue to me under GSSoC.
