Headers 1 & 2 missing settings

I dont know how to explain what's happening so I will add screenshots. Headers 1 & 2 are missing the settings "text-transform, accent color & text color"

The second image of header 3 shows the missing settings from 1 & 2

Can this issue be reproduced in a sandbox vault?

That was a while ago.
