Add app info and donation methods

I think we should add some kind of "about" popover or similar in order to show who made the app, and integrate donation options like Flattr, Bitcoin, etc. After all, why not let people buy us some beers, if they like the app as much as we do? ;)

Sounds great! So long as it doesn't increase page loading times too much ;)

How about a simple text-only footer?

It'll be very small in size and only load the content when being opened.

I thought about a text-only footer, but then we can't add a lot of content. I think the app itself should have as little unnecessary stuff in the main UI as possible.

Added some more info to the repo README as a quick fix. Still leaving open so we can add it to the app properly.
