Frame drops when playing RER - one specific area in Toussaint[BUG]

Significant FPS drops when doing RER bounty. I have attached a save for your reference too (Version 4.00).
Only two other mods (all merged successfully) ESGO, Preparations and Friendly meditation.

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load the attached save game
2. Head towards the bounty area
3. Observe the framedrops.
4. See error

Expected behavior
No framedrops as have a AMD 5900X and RX6800XT (16 GB VRAM) video card (ray tracing NOT enabled - looks too muddy). Hasn't ever been an issue until now and in this location.

Hello! Thanks for the issue, i'll take a look see if i can replicate it. Do you remember what monster were you supposed to hunt in the area?

Sure, thanks for the quick response. It was a gargoyle hunt, but there was a group of bandits, a couple of archeospores and wild dogs in the area.
