Adept program performance lose to LuaJIT

This is what I'm totally unexpected.

Edit: LuaJIT is interesting.

This is probably due to LinearMap being absolutely terrible performance-wise as discussed in #302.

With a proper HashMap, they should be similar with Adept having a slight edge.

LuaJIT is heavily optimized and generates machine code so the performance difference shouldn't be as big as one might expect compared to compiled languages.
